Refund Policy

1. Digital Products

Full refund within 7 calendar days of purchase, no questions asked. After 7 days, case-by-case for technical issues.

2. Subscriptions

Cancel anytime. Access continues until end of billing period. First charge refundable within 7 days. Renewals non-refundable after processing.

3. How to Request

Email support@rotahubdigital.com with your name, email, product, purchase date, and reason.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds processed within 10 business days. Credit may take up to 2 billing cycles.

5. Exceptions

• Requests after 7-day period (one-time purchases).
• Terms of Use violations or fraud.
• Products delivered and functioning as described.

6. Chargebacks

Contact support before filing a chargeback. Uncontacted chargebacks may result in access suspension.
